If you can not find an answer to your question, or you would rather Just Ask a Human
instead of a computer, then click the "Chat With Me" image in the footer.
If I am available, the image will say something like "Chat with Me" (I change the image once in a while so the text may vary). If I am not available it will say "Leave a Message".
How Chat Works
When you click, a pop up window will open on your side and on mine. You can
type in your questions, and I can type in the answers. You can close the window whenever you want.
Help via Email
You can also submit questions by email. I will respond promptly. If the answer is already
posted in the Help pages, I will give you the link so you can easily find the previously
published answer to your question.
