Gender
Gender is required on Case Information Statements. Gender is also required to set the proper gender in language of the documents that will be generated for the court avoiding "he/she" or "his/her" language.

Full Legal Name
Full Legal Name is required on all pleadings. This is your current legal name, not what you would want it to be after a divorce.

Billing Address
Billing Address is required to process your credit card to pay for online court documents you will generate on this system. It is also used as the mailing address for all court papers.

Court Identifiers
Court Identifiers are used on various court documents to ascetain the identity of the parties and to allow adversaries to aid in the discovery of the income, assets and debts of a spouse.

Contact Information
Contact Information is collected so that the court or our law firm can contact you. The court will generally contact you by mail or telephone. Unles you retain the services of an attorney to work on your matter, we will only contact you by email for forms generation and account issues.

Log On Information
Log On Information is required to protect your personal information. Our web pages are encrypted with a 128-bit key as indicated by the icon of a "lock" at the bottom of most browsers. We also restrict access to your information to someone who knows both the 8+ character username and 8+ character password (case sensitve) that you create. If you forget your password, the hint answer is required to have it emailed to you. Never share your password, and always use an email account that only you have acces to.
